The policy of the company is to provide a level of workmanship, which produces total conformance to customer specifications and requirements. Our commitment is to continuous improvement and acheivement of zero concerns.
It is essential that every member of the company is aware of our commitment to:-
- Quality Assurance, for which a quality manual and operating procedures have been prepared
- Training and development of the skills of the team members to meet the requirements of the business plan
- The Quality Procedures will be issued to relevant persons involved in the management and inspection of quality on a day to day basis and relevant documentation will also be made available to individuals to enable them to take action to operate the quality system.
